This portal is provided by Paragon MSP LLC to organizations that have engaged it. By signing in you agree to the following.
You may use this portal if your organization has been given access and your administrator has assigned you a role. Access is tied to your work account and is not transferable. Do not share your account or attempt to reach an organization other than your own.
The portal reports on how AI tools are being used within your organization, so those tools can be managed and paid for sensibly. It is a reporting tool. It is not a performance management system, and Paragon MSP does not endorse its use as one.
Every number comes from the usage reporting published by Microsoft or another vendor about your own tenant. Some figures - the estimate of time returned in particular - are calculated from assumptions agreed with your organization, and the portal prints those assumptions next to the figure. They are estimates and are presented as such.
The portal is offered as part of your service agreement with Paragon MSP. It depends on Microsoft's reporting, which is typically two to three days behind and occasionally unavailable. No specific uptime is promised here; any commitment lives in your service agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Do not attempt to gain access to data belonging to another organization, probe or disrupt the service, or extract data by automated means without written agreement. Report any security problem you find to Paragon rather than disclosing it publicly, and we will work with you on it.
Data about your organization belongs to your organization. Paragon MSP holds it to operate this service and for no other purpose. Handling is described in the Privacy Notice.
The portal is provided as-is for management reporting. Decisions with financial or employment consequences should not rest on a single figure here without checking it against the source, which every page tells you how to find. Liability is governed by your service agreement with Paragon MSP.
